Day1: Bangkok Arrival (D)

Arrive at Bangkok. Meet guide & driver. Transfer to hotel. Check in.

The meal is accompanied by Thai classical music and dances. Day2 – City & Temple Tour Bangkok (L)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart on a city & temple tour of Bangkok.

Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions: the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. Also visit the Wat Po or Reclining Buddha and the Golden Buddha , Wat Trimit.Lunch at local restaurant. Overnight at Bangkok.

Day3: Bangkok – Chiang Mai by train(B)

Breakfast at hotel. Free morning. Evening transfer to railway station for night train to Chiang Mai. .Overnight on train.

Day4: Chiang Mai (B,D)

Arrive at Chiang Mai Railway station + Meet guide/driver and transfer to hotel. Breakfast at hotel. Check in and continue visit to drive up the serpentine road to the magnificently situated Wat Doi Suthep. Perched on a forested mountain, this most sacred Chiang Mai temple (3,280 ft) provides a superb view over the city, as well as a wealth of images and frescos. You then pass the city’s biggest market, Talat Warorod, before going to two important temples – Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Sing. Khantoke dinner & overnight at Chiang Mai.

Day5: CHIANG MAI (B,L,D)

Starting experience a city life style by offering alms to Buddhist monks at Wat Srisodain the early morning. Return to your hotel for breakfast. Depart by car to the newly discovered the ruin of ancient city of Wiang Kum Kam. Take a horse drawn carriage to tour this ruin city. Take a 4-5 hour bicycling tour through the southern part of Chiang Mai. You will learn and see parts of the rich cultural background of Chiang Mai. The routing goes on quiet and green land roads, passing temples and ruins dating back hundreds of years. Visit a special school for hill-tribes children, a small pottery where you can see how they produce different shapes of pottery by hand. Ride along the Ping River and breathe the local atmosphere that makes Chiang Mai so special. Drinking water and a small local meal will be provided during the trip. Return to Chiang Mai and dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day6: CHIANG MAI (B, L, D)

Breakfast + Drive from Chiang Mai City to Mae Rim. Starting with a visit to an elephant camp and having seen the admirable and intelligent animals bathing and working, you take an hour ride through the forest on elephant back. Proceed to Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to visit Hmong Nong Hoi Mai hilltribe village and The Royal Project. On the way back visit Queen Sirikit Botanic garden and orchid farm. Dinner & overnight at Chiang Mai.

Day7: CHIANG MAI-CHIANG RAI (B,L,D)

Breakfast + Drive from Chiang Mai – CHiang Rai + Golden Triangle.Take a boat trip downstream to Chiang Saen and continue by minibus through scenic country-side to visit Baan Kiew Karn, a villages of White Hmong located on a hilltop.After return to Golden Triangle mountain viewpoint of Wat Phra Thatt Phu Kao, before returning to hotel, stop at Ban Sob Ruak Village along the Mekong River + Long neck hill tribe + dinner & overnight at Chiang Rai

Day8: CHIANG RAI (B,L,D)

Breakfast + Drive to the picturesque northern Thai Village of Baan Mae Ma and Baan Dai. Visit a Lanna style home spun weavers and continue along the main road in the direction of Doi Mae Salong and turn into the mountains road to Baan Lao Sib, where you can witness original Yai weaving. Then continue the drive to Baan He Ko, Lisu Village, before returning to the hotel. Lunch & dinner included. Overnight at Chiang Rai.

Day9: CHIANG RAI (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel . Drive to Doi Mae Salong mountain to visit Akha, Yao and Lisu Hilltribe Villages. Lunch at local restaurant. Afterwards visit the Fish cave and Mae Sai, the northern-most point of Thailand on the Thai-Burmese border. Visit a Jade cutting factory and local market before returning to the hotel Lunch & dinner included.

Day10: CHIANG RAI – BANGKOK – PHUKET – KHAOLAK (B)

Breakfast + transfer out to airport for flight to Bangkok and onward flight to Phuket. Arrive at Phuket. Meet guide & driver and transfer to Khaolak (1.5hrs from Phuket). Arrive at Khaolak and check in. Overnight at Khao Lak.
