Day2: CITY & TEMPLE TOUR BANGKOK (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. This tour includes three of the most unusual Buddhist temples in Bangkok: Wat Trimitr with its invaluable Golden Buddha (5 ½ tons of solid gold) – Wat Po, the most extensive temple in Bangkok, with its colossal Reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings.The Grand Palace is one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Thailand. Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions:the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple. Lunch at local restaurant. Also visit the Wat Arun or Temple of Dawn and its amazing architecture, situated on the banks of the Charophraya River.
Day3: DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET & ROSE GARDEN (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. Among the “must see” attractions in Thailand is a visit to the famous rural Damnoen Saduak Floating market, situated 110 kms west of Bangkok. Take a ride in the long tailboat along the canal and view the lifestyle of the Thai Villager selling wares from the boats while meandering in the canals. Later we visit the Elephant farm and enjoy the fantastic shows put up by the trainers and the elephants. Also visit the Crocodile farm , one of the largest ones and get a look at thrilling and adventurous stunts by the trainers and the crocodiles. Lunch will be served at the picturesque Rose Garden country resort. Afterwards you will attend the Thai village show, which gives you an introduction into Thai life. You will witness ordination into Thai life, monkshood, fingernail dance, Thai boxing, hilltribe dance, sword fighting, cockfighting, elephants at work and folk dancing.Evening return to Bangkok.
Day4: JIM THOMSON SILK HOUSE & SIAM NIRAMIT SHOW (B,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit to Jim Thompson House, the home of James H.W. Thompson, a self-made American entrepreneur who was the founder of the world renowned Jim Thompson Thai Silk Company. Thompson’s achievements during his 25 year stay in the Kingdom of Thailand have won him much fame as the “Legendary American of Thailand”. Since his disappearance in 1967, little has changed in the home that was the ‘talk of the town’ and the ‘city’s most celebrated social center’. Even today, this Thai style house which contains intensive collection of art and antique objects continues to be a key stop for visitors to Bangkok..Return to hotel. Later we proceed to watch the famous Siam niramit Show. A world class spectacular performance of Thai art and cultural Heritage with amazing state of the art special effects. Travel back through time into the history and culture of the Kingdom of Siam. You will be amazed and captivated by journey back into History, journey beyond imagination and journey through joyous festivals. You can also find yourself at the Thai village where the unique architecture, music and costumes are revived. Not only can you see how Thailand delicate and ornate handicrafts are made, you can try to create them yourselves!
Day5: FREE DAY AT BANGKOK (B)

Day6: RIVER KWAI & KANCHNABURI (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. This tour takes you to the world famous bridge on the River Kwai, built during World War II by the prisoners of war. The bridge is located near the town of Kanchanaburi, 130 kms. west ofBangkok. You will visit the two well-kept cemeteries, which contain the graves of an estimated 9,000 Allied soldiers who lost their lives while building the bridge and constructing the notorious “Death Railway” which the Japanese had hoped to stretch all the way to the Burmese border.Lunch at local restaurant. Return to Bangkok late evening and overnight at Bangkok.
Day7: BANGKOK – AYUTHAYA – PHITSANLUK (B)
Breakfast at hotel. The outing begins in Bangkok with an early departure, our first stop is at Bang Pa In, and the former summer residence of the kings of Ayutthaya built in the 18th century. There we’ll visit the Royal Palace, the Thai pavilion, the Chinese-style Palace Vihat Chamrun with their trimmed bushes in elephant shapes. Continue to Ayutthaya, which used to be the capital of Siam from 1350 to 1767 and visit the most interesting temples like Wat Chaiwathanaram, Wat Phra Srisampetch. Lunch at local restaurant..Then, proceeding to Lopburi, to visit the ruins of War Phra Sri Ratana & Phra Prang Sam Yod, a temple with three towers and impressive ornaments then continue on to Phitsanuloke for over night. Overnight in Phisanulok.
Day8: PHITSANLUK – LAMPANG (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, visit to the Chapel Phitsanulok & Wat Phra Sri Ratana Mahathat – is a major city landmark and houses Thailand’s most beautiful and significant Buddha image, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Proceed to Sukhothai, the first capital (13th century) of the Thai Kingdom. Old Sukhothai is one of Asia’s most important historical sites and therefore under the supervision of UNESCO. After a visit of the temples Wat Sri Chum, we continue to Sri Satchanalai, the former sister town of Sukhothai for lunch and a visit to some of its most interesting temples and ruins. We drive further North to Lampang. Overnight in Lam Pang.
Day 9 : LAMPANG – PHAYAO – GOLDEN TRIANGLE (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. Pick up at hotel in Lampang + Drive to Ko Kah to see Wat Phra Dhat Lampang Luang housing the only Emerald Buddha besides the one at Wat Phra Keo in Bangkok. Depart from Phayao, a unique rural town and once the princely state whose former glory will be seen at Wat Sri Kom Kam. Proceed to Chiang Rai and lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Chiang Saen, the former capital of the first Thai Kingdom, situated directly on the Mekong River at the border between Thailand and Laos. Vist Wat Phra Dhat Jom Kitti by climbing up 383 steps to the top of the hill. Alos visit Wat Chedi Luang and the small museum nearby. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue by long tailed speedboat upriver on the Mekong towards the Golden Triangle where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos convene. Overnight at Chiang Sean.
Day10: CHIANG SAEN – DOI MAE SALONG – MAE SAI – CHIANG SAEN (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Depart from Chiang Saen to visit the Lisu Village at Baan Mae Kaotom and continue to Doi Mae Salong passing through beautiful mountain scenery. The view from the top takes in a large part of Thailand, Myanmar and the Mekhong Valley which makes this trip very worthwhile. Lunch at Mae Salong Villa in Doi Mae Salong. Drive to Ban Lorcha, a Phami Akha hill tribe community center. This community-based tourism development project promotes sustainable, self-reliant development to improve the quality of life of villagers of this Akha Community, and is a model for tourism in Hill tribe villages. Continue to Mae Sai, the northernmost Thai town on the Myanmar border. Walk around the local market with opportunity for shopping. Return to Chiang Saen.
Day 11 : CHIANG SAEN – CHANG MAI (B,L,D)
Breakfast & Depart from Mae Chan and short stop at a ‘Hot Spring’. Proceed to Chiang Mai and lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon visit to Handicraft Villages to see the manufacturing of lacquer ware, spinning and weaving of Thai Silk and how paper umbrellas are made. Also visit Thai wood carving factory with possibility to buy Burmese antiques.
Overnight at Chiang Mai.
Day12 : CHIANG MAI (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit to the elephant camp at Mae Taman to watch the elephants taking timber in the forest. Their strength and clever teamwork will amaze you. Take a one hour elephant riding into the jungle. Continue to visit the Orchid Farm and lunch. Afternoon visit Wat Doi Suthep, tucked away in the mountains at an elevation 1,056 meters. Overnight at Chiang Mai.
Day 13: CHIANG MAI – BANGKOK (B)
Breakfast + free morning + Transfer to Chiang Mai Railway station for train to Bangkok. Overnight on train.
